What is my hotel deposit?

Many hotels require a deposit to secure the booking during an event. This deposit is a portion of the total cost of your stay, and it is included in the advertised rate that you see when making the reservation. Deposits ensure that the hotel has a guarantee, and discourages no-shows or cancellations. Your deposit can vary depending on the tournament you are attending.

When you arrive at the hotel, the remaining balance of your room rate should be charged to your credit card, or paid in cash. This remaining balance should be the advertised room rate minus the deposit that you already paid. It is important to note that your hotel deposit can be refunded only before your unique booking cutoff.

How can I book after the event hotel cutoff date?

Please send an email to tdtravelservice@gmail.com and we will provide a unique "post cutoff" booking link in order to successfully secure a reservation.

How To Cancel/Modify Reservation

Click the link HERE to make adjustments to your reservation. Please check the confirmation and the provider's/hotel's cancellation policy regarding refunds. The policies are clearly detailed and closely followed because of our contractual arrangements.

Can I book my reservation using reward points?

Unfortunately, points cannot be used for your booking. However, you can add your rewards number to your reservation by calling the hotel directly after booking.

If the event is canceled will I receive my deposit back?

Generally, if an event is cancelled, you will receive your deposit back. With that said, deposits are dependent on the event itself, as each has different procedures. When you make a reservation, you will see all information regarding a deposit for the event you are attending.

Do I have to cancel my reservation if the event is canceled or postponed?

If a tournament or event is canceled, we will send an email to the group contact informing them of the cancellation and that we will take care of canceling all reservations on their behalf. Guests will not need to reach out individually as they will be handled by TD Travel.

Do you include taxes in the total rate?

We do provide rates and breakout the taxes for your convenience, however there are rare occasions when a hotel will not provide us with their tax information and therefore we are unable to show that information to the customer. If you find a hotel that doesn't provide tax rate information, please inform us and we will find out these details on your behalf.

How can I switch hotels?

You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. Please review your existing reservation to avoid any cancellation or modification penalties.
